Currency-I had US, UK, CAD, Indo, Malay and Thai currency on my app. So anytime I converted any type of currency it would all show up on my phone.

HostelWorld-Most easiest used app for booking hostels. I would often compare prices off of Agoda and booking.com to see what was cheaper. 

Splitwise-I found this to be super helpful if I was travelling with a mate for a longer duration so we were able to keep track of what we had paid for. 

Maps.me-This was sooo helpful. I would download maps of places with wifi and was able to use this offline without data anywhere I went.

Uber/Grab- I would definitely recommend using this over the taxis. So much cheaper and I felt so much safer. 

Travel spend-This helped me stay accountable to my budget and allowed me to see where I needed to limit and where I could splurge on my budget during my trip.
